I deleted/cannot find a notification in IsaPulse. Can I get it back?

Notifications are available for seven (7) days from the date they are sent to your mobile device. If you are missing notifications after getting a new phone or reinstalling IsaPulse, or accidently delete a notification, you can request to get them back by contacting the North America Customer Care team. They will submit a ticket on your behalf to have the notifications restored. Please note that Isagenix does not store all notifications indefinitely. Depending on the time between the missing notification and your request, we cannot guarantee notifications will be restored.
